Refunds
Good Work Dojo LLC processes up to three refunds for any user without question, as long as the request is submitted through Customer Service with a reason included in the submission.
Approved refund requests are processed within one week of submission.
Cancelation
You may cancel at any time through Customer Service. Please include your reason in the submission so we can process and track your request.

Promotions
The same process applies to promotion-related requests. Submit the request through Customer Service with the reason/details included in your submission.
